Fresh Apple Cake
(16 Servings) 1/2 c. Oil 1 tsp. Soda 2 c. Sugar 2 tsp. Vanilla 2 Beaten Eggs 1 tsp. Cinnamon 3 c. Sifted Flour 1 c. Chopped Nuts 1 tsp. Salt 3 c. Chopped Apples
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Grease and flour tube cake pan, set aside. Mix ingredients adding apples and nuts last. Bake for 1 1/4 hours.
